Bitliberty LLC cooperates with law enforcement authorities in the prevention and investigation of money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, and other financial crimes.

This page aims to provide basic guidance to LEAs on how to submit such requests and what information needs to be included in the request for it to be processed timely and efficiently.

All Information Requests from LEAs should be directed to compliance@bitnbox.com.

Upon receipt, we will send an acknowledgement advising receipt of the request. We typically aim to respond to LEA requests within 14 days after receipt.

To expedite the processing of your request, please ensure that it meets the following requirements:

1. 1. Is an official request from the Requesting Authority, such as a subpoena, a court order or a DPA request. The legal basis for the request must be identified.
2. 2. The Full name, title, mailing address, email address and phone number of the person and/or entity issuing the request are included.
3. 3. Relevant identifiers pertaining to the requested information are included.
