• Transaction Processing: Facilitating the transfer of cryptocurrencies to merchant accounts.
• Customer Support: Assisting users with inquiries and issues related to transactions.

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide Accurate Information: Ensure that all information you provide during registration and transactions is complete and accurate.
• Comply with Laws: Abide by all applicable laws and regulations governing cryptocurrency transactions in your jurisdiction.
• Prohibit Illegal Activities: Use our services solely for lawful purposes. Engaging in activities such as money laundering, fraud, or financing terrorism is strictly prohibited.

We take our responsibility to prevent money laundering and financial crimes seriously. Our AML compliance measures include:

• Know Your Customer (KYC) Procedures: We may ask you to verify your identity by providing personal information and documentation (e.g., a government-issued ID, proof of address).
• Transaction Monitoring: We monitor transactions for any suspicious activity and will report any concerns to the relevant authorities as required by law.
• Collaboration with Authorities: We are committed to cooperating with law enforcement and regulatory agencies in their investigations.

Blockchain transactions require the payment of network fees—commonly known as "Gas Fees"—which are paid to the respective network (e.g., Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain) for processing and validating transactions.

Gas Fees are determined in real time and are subject to significant fluctuations based on network congestion, demand, and other on-chain factors. This means that the amount charged for Gas Fees at the time you initiate a transaction may vary and is calculated automatically by the blockchain protocol.

Except as expressly provided under separate terms or in specific offers by BITLIBERTY LLC, you agree that you are solely responsible for the payment of any Gas Fees incurred for transactions initiated through our products. BITLIBERTY LLC does not reimburse or cover these fees, regardless of the outcome of a transaction.

Prior to the confirmation of any transaction on our platform, you will be informed of the estimated Gas Fees based on prevailing network conditions. By proceeding with the transaction, you confirm that you understand and accept that the final Gas Fee may differ from the estimate due to ongoing fluctuations in network demand.

Once a transaction is submitted to the network, any Gas Fees paid are non-refundable, even if the transaction does not complete successfully. This is a function of the blockchain network's operating procedures, over which BITLIBERTY LLC has no control.

BITLIBERTY LLC is not responsible for setting or adjusting Gas Fees. The fees are entirely determined by the blockchain networks and external market factors, meaning any changes in fee rates due to network conditions are beyond the control of BITLIBERTY LLC.

BITLIBERTY LLC is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant operating environment. To this end, we reserve the right to restrict, limit, or suspend user access to our services under the following circumstances:

• In alignment with our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies, we may limit or deny access if the user's activity, transaction patterns, or jurisdiction raise regulatory concerns or fail to meet our compliance requirements.
• If your place of residence or operation falls within a jurisdiction where our services cannot be provided legally or where further regulatory measures are required, access to our Products may be restricted.
• In cases where our internal risk management procedures or external regulatory guidelines identify behavior or assets as posing a high risk — including the potential for money laundering or related financial crimes, or in order to protect the security of customers' funds, including circumstances where any personal details may be lost or stolen — we may temporarily or permanently block access to or freeze such assets pending further investigation.
• Assets that are flagged as high-risk based on our AML checks may be subject to immediate blocking.

We reserve the right to implement further access restrictions as deemed necessary by BITLIBERTY LLC to safeguard our platform, our users, and the integrity of our operations.

We collect data related to user interactions, transaction details, device information, and other relevant metrics. This data collection is performed through a variety of technologies, including cookies and similar tracking mechanisms.

The primary purposes for this data collection include improving user experience, monitoring service performance, troubleshooting issues, and conducting market and usage analysis. The collected data may also support our internal research and development efforts.

Your continued use of our services signifies your consent to these data practices. In using our platform, you expressly agree that we may use data for analytical purposes.

Promotional materials, including banners, pop-ups, and embedded links, may be displayed throughout our website and other digital interfaces. These materials are provided solely for informational purposes and may relate to additional products, services, or offers from BITLIBERTY LLC or selected third parties.

Your continued use of our platform constitutes your explicit consent to receive such communications and to view these promotional displays as part of your overall user experience.

In cases where promotional materials reference third-party products or services, BITLIBERTY LLC does not assume responsibility for the content or practices of these third parties, and any disputes must be resolved directly with them.
